Maid in LV provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Las Vegas and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Regular house cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Move-in/move-out cleaning
• Post-construction cleaning
• Vacation rental cleaning

3. Booking and Cancellation

When booking our services:

• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
• Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of booking
• We accept major credit cards and electronic payments
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Additional charges may apply for extra services or special conditions

5. Service Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you're not satisfied with our service:

• Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
• We will re-clean any areas of concern at no additional cost
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best service, clients must:

• Provide accurate information about the service location and requirements
• Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time
• Secure valuable items and remove fragile objects
• Inform us of any special conditions or safety concerns

7. Liability and Insurance

Maid in LV is fully insured and bonded. However:

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We protect your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our data collection and usage practices.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
